At MedBed, we value transparency and want our customers to feel confident in their rentals. Please review our refund and credit policy below:

All beds and accessories are carefully inspected, sanitized, and tested before delivery to ensure proper function and safety. related to refunds and returns.

No Cash Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Store Credit

Cancellations made prior to delivery will be issued as a store credit, valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Once items have been delivered and accepted, no credit will be granted.

Mechanical Issues

Refunds will only be granted if the rented equipment has a mechanical issue that cannot be fixed or replaced by our team.
